Remote Learning Structure:

Every Day
Between 8:00am and 9:00am Student Attendance Check-In using the following link:

Students only need to check in ONCE a day NOT for every class.
Mondays
8-9 check in.
8:00-3:30 Students are to review teacher recorded instruction either through their Google Classrooms or from the student jump drive. If you need help please contact your teacher or call 575-289-3211 ext 200. Students need to start on the work assigned based on Monday instruction.
Tuesday and Wednesday
8-9 check in.
9:00-12:00 Students are to join Zoom Meetings, Google Meets, text, call, or email teachers for help and support on the content presented on Monday. Teachers will also be reaching out to students to ensure they are understanding concepts and content presented on Monday.
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-2:30 Students are to join PBL Zoom Meetings, text, call, or email teachers to work on Project Based Learning (PBL). Students will be applying what they are learning from Monday Instruction toward a group project. We have two groups within the school. Group 1 9th and 10th grade students and teachers and Group 2 11th and 12th grade students. For more information please ask your teachers.
2:30-3:30 One-on-one help for students for students. Students can reach out to their teachers for help. Teachers will be contacting students for one-on-one help.
Thursday and Friday
8-9 check in
9:00-12:00 Students are to contact teachers for one-on-one help, tutoring, review of concepts, support on group projects,, support on access, support on content mastery. Teachers will be also be contacting students to support students in each of these areas.
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-2:30 Students are to join PBL Zoom Meetings, text, call, or email teachers to work on Project Based Learning (PBL). Students will be applying what they are learning from Monday Instruction toward a group project. See Tuesday and Wednesday for PBL structures.
2:30-3:30 Content Reinforcement Time. Teachers will reach out to students for deeper level support. 

Students need to reach out to their teachers if they are struggling for any reason. Teachers are here to support every student. If you are having getting a hold of your teacher please call 575-289-3211 ext 200 and we will help you and connect you to your teacher.
Jump Drive Slap Bracelet Process
  • Below is a new process for getting our instructional materials to students who do not have internet connectivity.
  • Every Thursday by 12:00 p.m. teachers will copy and paste Instructional, Videos, Assignments, Resources, or Other information to be sent out to students.
  • The School Secretary will upload the entire week's information to the jump drives for every student and place them in a plastic bag with student name and bus number.
  • Monday Morning Bus Drivers will take jump drives to students. Those students who do not ride the bus will have to pick it up at the school.
  • Monday students will download content off the jump drive.
  • Tuesday and Wednesday students will return jump drive to bus drivers when they deliver food. Those students who do not ride a bus will have to drop it off at the school.
  • We will repeat this process weekly to ensure students get the needed information for their classes.
