Email Access
You can now use a Web browser to access your email from any computer with an Internet connection. Email access works best with Microsoft Internet Explorer, although other browsers may also be used.

PROBLEMS?
The Filter Level of Your Browser Affects OWA Functionality
If the Pop-up Blocker is enabled in Internet Explorer, and if the filter level is set to the default setting of Medium, and if the URL for Outlook Web Access is not in the Allowed Sites list, the functionality of Outlook Web Access may no longer work as expected.
The pop-up blocker blocks the following (as well as many other OWA functions):
- Open, Reply/Reply All, Forward, Create Rule, Move/Copy
- New folder action
- Attachments dialog box
- Reminders and new email notifications
The Fix
In Internet Explorer, add the URL for the Outlook Web Access web site (http://cubamailser/exchange) to the Allowed Sites list for the Pop-up Blocker. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
- In the Address of Web site to allow box, type the URL of the Outlook Web Access Web site.
- Click Add, and then click Close.
